The mission of the Ohio River Valley Food Venture is make available all needed resources for entrepreneurs to start and grow a specialty food business. The Food Venture is a shared-use commercial kitchen located within the Venture Out Business Center. This 5200 sq. ft. facility is the first incubator kitchen in Indiana.
We aim to provide our producers with a variety of high quality equipment to meet their needs for a wide range of products. Our kitchen is set up with three main areas, a processing area, a prep area, and a baking area.
